WARNING: Corporate-Fascist Military Coup Brewing in US?

Beware of pretenders supplied by the establishment to "save us" from collapsing system.
by Tony Cartalucci

September 30, 2011 - The US intelligence community, in conjunction with Wall Street corporate-financier interests, have spent an inordinate amount of time positioning themselves for a possible military coup and martial law take over of the United States. This is being done under the guise of the fraudulent "War on Terror" but in preparation for a very real and inevitable economic collapse. In particular, one personality above all others is being groomed by intelligence operatives and policy wonks, while built-up by the corporate media [1][2] in the eyes of the public to intercede in America's accelerating political, economic, and even global tactical decline. This man is General David Petraeus who served as former head of US Central Command which included combat operations in Iraq and former commander of US forces in Afghanistan before being sworn in as the current director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in September 6, 2011.

Image: Julius Caesar crosses the Rubicon, on his way to seize power in Rome via a military coup and become the republic's first emperor. America is not immune from suffering a similar prolonged, ignoble death to the extreme, parasitic elitism empire breeds.
....

Posing as a venerable American hero, "leading" American troops through two wars in service to his nation, Petraeus' ties are in fact to Wall Street and London corporate financier oligarchs. His membership [3] in the corporate-financier Council on Foreign Relations [4] is perhaps the most significant conflict of interest in America's political landscape today. He has been both commander of America's troops and now director of the CIA, all while privately associating with the unelected policy makers of the CFR, an organization that represents the collective interests of the largest banks, private institutions, and corporations on earth. Whether Petraeus is guilty or not of improprieties amidst this enormous conflict of interest is irrelevant. The fact that he hasn't shown the proper judgment to rectify such a conflict of interest by either resigning from his post, or ending his CFR associations, should be alarming to all Americans.

To add further fears regarding the ambitions and agenda of Petraeus, one must examine those that are gravitating around him and indeed prodding him along.

In 2010, Petraeus gave a speech before the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research (AEI) [5], another private institution funded by corporations, working on behalf of corporations, essentially producing their own self-serving policy and using their vast connections and resources to have it rubber stamped by Congress and executed by the US Government at the American people's expense. In his speech, Petraeus would praise Neo-Conservative policy wonk Frederick Kagan who he credited for developing the "surge" strategy in Iraq.

In fact, almost all military strategy comes not from a large mahogany desk with maps strewn across it with a calculating general hovering above, but rather from institutions like AEI and other corporate-funded think-tanks including the Brookings Institution or the RAND Corporation. Frederick Kagan, along with other "resident scholars" at AEI, have also developed the current strategies being employed in Afghanistan and soon in Pakistan [6]. One might say that Petraeus, and many other lack-luster officers in the United States military are nothing more than empty vessels with administrative and operational capabilities merely carrying corporate-funded, crafted, and serving policies onto the battlefield, while equally empty vessels for politicians sell the policies and their tremendous costs back at home to the American people.

AEI's board of trustees represents a wide variety of corporate-financier interests including those of the notorious Carlyle Group, State Farm, American Express, and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (also of the CFR). Dick Cheney also acts as a trustee. Joining policy wonk Frederick Kagan as members of AEI’s “research staff” are warmongers Newt Gingrich, John Bolton, Richard Perle, John Yoo, and Paul Wolfowitz. AEI's work is done entirely with the concept of "American exceptionalism" in mind, or in other words, American global hegemony. The AEI's own annual report is rife with talk of US strategic preeminence and its assertion over the sovereignty of foreign nations in the form of sanctions, military operations, invasions, and occupations. The AEI, in tandem with the Heritage Foundation, Foreign Policy Initiative, and many others, all with interconnecting memberships and corporate-financier sponsors, are literally the "Project for a New American Century (PNAC)" in motion.

If a general commanding the summation of America's military might and now America's immense, omnipresent intelligence network, being bent to the will of corporate-financier interests who literally write the script from which he acts isn't frightening enough, then maybe is the fact that these same apparently "Neo-Conservative," "right-wing" organizations are also engineering and executing the latest "liberal-humanitarian" war in Libya.

In fact, as notorious "Neo-Con" Paul Wolfowitz, an AEI "visiting scholar," expounded the merits of "Obama's war" in Libya [7] and the desirable effect it could have on helping topple regimes in Syria and Iran, one might recall Wolfowitz' aspirations back in 1991 where he spoke with General Wesley Clark about an opportunity to clean up the old Soviet "client regimes" before the next super power rose up and challenged western hegemony [8]. Amongst these "client regimes" were Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, and Iran. It would appear than one linear agenda serving these corporate-financier interests unfolds regardless of who is in office.

With this in mind, we see that Petraeus is in no shape, form, or way a "political" or "establishment" outsider, or by any means a hero capable of saving America from its decline. He is amongst one of the most entrenched "insiders" there are, with his position in the CIA digging him in even deeper. His, or others like him, potentially entering into the political fray will be nothing more than a dangerous new ploy used to manipulate the American public. As Republican hopefuls flounder in front of an increasingly skeptical and angry public and the path for real political outsiders is being opened, the American people must be ever vigilant against pretenders like Petraeus, or other "military men" who might attempt to cross the proverbial Rubicon and pose as "reformers," or "saviors" here to rescue us from our flawed form of government.

It should be noted, that Republican candidate Rick Perry is also entirely compromised by the special interests described above. Perry, who farcically claimed America "cannot afford four more years of this rudderless leadership," already has the very men currently engineering Obama's multiple wars behind the scenes, lining up behind him for indeed, four more years of what Perry called "rudderless leadership." Foreign Policy reported [9] that notorious "Neo-Cons" including Douglas Feith, William Luti, Andrew McCarthy, Charles Stimson, and Daniel Fata, with the help of certified warmonger Donald Rumsfeld, had been introduced to Rick Perry to help him "brush up" on foreign policy. Also meeting with Perry was Dan Blumenthal of the above mentioned AEI, Peter Brookes of the Fortune 500-funded Heritage Foundation (page 35), and Zalmay Khalizad, a PNAC signatory and a member of the extraterritorial meddling National Endowment for Democracy's board of directors, to help Perry define his "hawk internationalist" foreign policy stance.

By "hawk internationalist," Foreign Policy indicates that it means, "embracing American exceptionalism and the unique role we must play in confronting the many threats we face." This of course is the same "American exceptionalism" promoted by the corporate-financier funded AEI along with the Heritage Foundation, the Brookings Institution, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Foreign Policy Initiative and is nothing more than a misleading way to describe modern day imperialism pursued by these organizations' various corporate sponsors.

It should be clear that the establishment is attempting to supply us with a wide variety of political and non-political poseurs and solutions from which we are to choose, before they continue on in earnest with their agenda. Expending energy fighting over these false choices is beyond futile. Instead, the path to restoring the American Republic starts with each and every one of us. The system is only as corrupt as the amount we continue paying into it. We must recognize the corporations lurking behind this system, seen by many as benign or even beneficial to modern America, and realize that they indisputably dominate both America domestically and all that falls under American influence abroad. Boycott these corporations into destitution and replace them with local, decentralized, practical alternatives based on real markets, real competition, real progress, and technological innovation.

John McCain Claims Al Qaeda Thugs Have "Inspired the World"

Arizona senator touches down in Tripoli for celebratory stroll through ruined nation.
by Tony Cartalucci

As Libya's rebels, under the cover of NATO, verifiably exterminate entire cities [1], cut off others from essential supplies including water to intentionally create humanitarian disasters to "starve cities into submission [2]," John McCain, an avid supporter of the Benghazi terror brigades now sowing chaos throughout the North African nation, was reported to be in Tripoli recently praising rebels he claimed have "inspired the world" and have "turned cynics into supporters."

Photo: It's all smiles and laughs in Tripoli as McCain, a chief proponent and driving force behind the US intervention in Libya, literally glorifies Al Qaeda's exploits in the now ruined nation. Miles away, the very rebels he was praising are purposefully starving the civilian population of Sirte in an effort to break their will, while they and NATO indiscriminately use heavy weapons aimed at crowded city centers.
....

McCain's latest trip to Libya isn't his first. He had made an April visit to Benghazi, a city cited along with neighboring Darnah by a 2007 West Point report [3] as the terror recruiting capitals of the world and the primary sources of foreign fighters that made their way to Iraq fighting and killing American troops. These fighters did so under the flag of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), listed to this day by the US State Department as a "foreign terrorist organization [4]." Despite overwhelming evidence and even admissions from Libyan rebels themselves [5] of having ties to, being members of, or in Tripoli "council leader" Abdul Belhaj's case, a leader of this listed terrorist organization, McCain would declare he had "met with these brave fighters, and they are not Al-Qaeda. To the contrary: They are Libyan patriots who want to liberate their nation." [6]

Despite McCain's reassuring words, the rebels over the next several months would increasingly reveal their true nature to a horrified world as they waged racist genocide against Libya's darker and black tribes, and conducted their "liberation" against cities resisting them with indiscriminate heavy weapons, blockades designed to literally starve the populations into submission and horrific reprisals once cities fell. While the corporate media did its best to obfuscate these atrocities, when entire cities like Tawarga with its 10,000 residents began disappearing from the map, even the propagandists were forced to acknowledge the "liberators" were less than noble.

McClatchy most recently reported in an article titled, "Empty village raises concerns about fate of black Libyans [7]," that McCain's "inspiring" revolutionaries cleared out the entire city of Tawarga (also spelled Tawergha) displacing what was left of its population into two "camps" in Tripoli. Rebels would then go on to attack and disperse these refugee camps, conducting mass arrests, brutalizing refugees, and trucking off large numbers of women and children whose whereabouts are unknown. Rebels holding the now empty city of Tawarga have taken the liberty upon themselves to rename it "New Misrata" referring to the neighboring rebel stronghold of Misrata, as well as decorating the city's walls with the Arabic racial epithet "abeed," a derogatory term meaning "slave" and generally reserved to degrade blacks.

It would seem then that US Senator John McCain is either senile in his old age, or has a very different definition of what he considers "inspiring." Perhaps by "inspiring" he means the absolute servile nature of the rebels' "National Transitional Council" and its grovelling leadership clearly bent to the will of NATO and its corporate-financier sponsors [8]. Certainly as McCain surveyed his handy work in Tripoli, as he did in Egypt, the immense suffering of the Libyan people subjected to this US-sponsored "liberation" was far removed from his celebratory stroll.

Despite one's hopes that an acting US Senator would recoil in horror from a "government" as guilty in reality of committing atrocities against the Libyan people as Libyan leader Moammar Qaddafi was accused of being in the fictional world of the corporate mass media, McCain could barely contain his delight, calling his visit to Tripoli and meeting the "military commanders and fighters" of the rebellion, " exhilarating and hopeful [9]." One wonders if he met and shook hands with Tripoli's "council leader" Abdul Belhaj, an Al Qaeda LIFG member, and killer of US soldiers in Afghanistan. Or perhaps wonder if McCain had mingled with LIFG fighters fresh back from Iraq, also having killed US and British soldiers.

The depraved nature of America's leadership is directly proportional to the level of apathy and inaction of the American people. McCain's existence in American politics represents what must be the pinnacle of such apathy and inaction. How McCain has managed to remain in office all these years is a profound mystery. Surely his constituents in Arizona are now horrified to see their senator mingling with "enemies" the United States supposedly spent the last decade, trillions of dollars, and the blood of its sons fighting. Surely this is McCain's last term in office, and perhaps seemingly so as the senator from Arizona certainly does act as if there is no tomorrow.

Libyan Rebel Commander Killed by Bani Walid Defenders

NATO-backed rebels suffer further losses in Bani Walid as field commander Daw Saleheen is killed by Libyan forces.
by Tony Cartalucci

As reported earlier, rebel fighters tasked by NATO to take Bani Walid have begun filtering back home after frustrating and continuous defeat by the city's defenders. A recent rocket barrage managed to kill rebel commander Daw Saleheen, who was leading operations against Bani Walid, Associated Press reported. Saleheen had taken part in a previous, CIA-MI6 1993 attempt to overthrow Qaddafi and the Libyan government, and was subsequently imprisoned for 18 years. Tempting fate twice, Saleheen became a field commander for this most recent Western-backed attempt to seize Libya, featuring brutal air bombardments by NATO aircraft and foreign arms and training being freely shipped into the country. Despite these increased odds, for Daw Saleheen, his ignoble battle has ended in defeat.

Meanwhile, the coastal city of Sirte is still holding out against NATO attacks civilians are describing as "genocidal," while rebel forces concede their "final assault" has failed, and are regrouping for yet another "final assault." The rebels, with NATO assistance, are still cutting off Sirte from essential supplies, including food, water, and electricity, intentionally creating a humanitarian disaster to, as the rebels say, "starve the city into submission."

Boston: FBI Thwarts Own R/C Bomb

Another case of FBI entrapment, proving the only terrorism Americans must fear, comes from within the bowels of their own government.
By Tony Cartalucci

The United States' Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) claims to have thwarted their own "drone" bomb, in yet another farcical case of entrapment and fear mongering aimed not at ending the "War on Terror" but perpetuating the mythological, unending conflict. FBI agents apparently strung along another subpar malcontent by providing him with materials, including a model airplane, real C4 explosives, and small arms. Rezwan Ferdaus, 26, was approached by undercover FBI agents and tasked first with building remote detonation devices he was told would be used in Iraq against US troops. FBI agents went as far as falsely telling Ferdaus that one of his devices had killed 3 US troops. The grand finale was assisting Ferdaus in a spectacular, Hollywood-style attack we are told by FBI agents, would have involve simultaneous assaults on both the US Capitol and the Pentagon involving drone bombs and multiple gunmen.

Photo: Your FBI at work - sneaking around the United States, constructing drones made of toy planes like the one above, building bombs, handing out weapons and live explosives to prospective "terrorists" then stopping them "just in time" for sensational headlines to get Americans wringing their hands in fear from what Media Monarchy calls, "terronoia."
....

According to an AFP report, FBI special agent Richard DesLauriers claimed the sting operation proved ''a committed individual, even one with no direct connections to, or formal training from, an international terrorist organisation, can pose a serious danger to the community.'' DesLauriers fails to explain where, if not from the FBI or other federal agencies, Ferdaus could have acquired C4 explosives for his alleged plot. Additionally, DesLauriers fails to explain how Ferdaus can be considered acting as an "individual" with no "direct connections" to an international terrorist organization, when FBI agents were posing as just that, supplying him with motivation, supplies, explosives, logistics, and weapons.

If convicted, Ferdaus faces 15 years in prison for supporting a foreign terrorist organization and an additional 40 years on other terror related charges. In order to support a foreign terrorist organization, Ferdaus would have to have believed, by necessity, to be in contact with one, again undermining FBI special agent DesLauriers' statement. Ironically, Ferdaus is being arrested, held, and awaiting trial that could see him locked up for most of his life, while the US State Department, Department of Defense, and the White House itself are verifiably supporting foreign terrorist organizations, including the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), listed as #26 on the State Department's own list, as well as Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) in Iran, listed as #28 by the US State Department.

Biggest Supporters of Foreign Terror Organizations is the US Government

Indeed the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) is literally leading the NATO-backed rebellion in Libya, and verifiably committing horrific war crimes, atrocities, and indisputable genocide against the Libyan people. In one city, Tawarga, its 10,000 residents were either massacred, exiled, or imprisoned by rebel forces under NATO cover and their property indefinitely seized, reports the London Telegraph. LIFG's leader, Abdul Belhaj, unlike the FBI's patsy Rezwan Ferdaus, has really killed American soldiers in Afghanistan while members of his LIFG terror organization likewise killed US troops in Iraq. He is now the "council leader" in Tripoli, side by side the newly re-opened US Embassy.

US policy makers, after admitting MEK, another US-backed terror organization, has the blood of US soldiers and civilians on its hands and that it has "undeniably" conducted terrorist attacks, shockingly wants to remove it from the US foreign terrorist organization list so that it can be worked with more closely in toppling the Iranian government. This is revealed in the Brookings Institution's "Which Path to Persia?" report.

"Potential Ethnic Proxies," page 117-118 (page 130-131 of the PDF): "Perhaps the most prominent (and certainly the most controversial) opposition group that has attracted attention as a potential U.S. proxy is the NCRI (National Council of Resistance of Iran), the political movement established by the MEK (Mujahedin-e Khalq). Critics believe the group to be undemocratic and unpopular, and indeed anti-American.

In contrast, the group’s champions contend that the movement’s long-standing opposition to the Iranian regime and record of successful attacks on and intelligence-gathering operations against the regime make it worthy of U.S. support. They also argue that the group is no longer anti-American and question the merit of earlier accusations.
Raymond Tanter, one of the group’s supporters in the United States, contends that the MEK and the NCRI are allies for regime change in Tehran and also act as a useful proxy for gathering intelligence. The MEK’s greatest intelligence coup was the provision of intelligence in 2002 that led to the discovery of a secret site in Iran for enriching uranium.

Despite its defenders’ claims, the MEK remains on the U.S. government list of foreign terrorist organizations. In the 1970s, the group killed three U.S. officers and three civilian contractors in Iran. During the 1979-1980 hostage crisis, the group praised the decision to take America hostages and Elaine Sciolino reported that while group leaders publicly condemned the 9/11 attacks, within the group celebrations were widespread.

Undeniably, the group has conducted terrorist attacks—often excused by the MEK’s advocates because they are directed against the Iranian government. For example, in 1981, the group bombed the headquarters of the Islamic Republic Party, which was then the clerical leadership’s main political organization, killing an estimated 70 senior officials. More recently, the group has claimed credit for over a dozen mortar attacks, assassinations, and other assaults on Iranian civilian and military targets between 1998 and 2001. At the very least, to work more closely with the group (at least in an overt manner), Washington would need to remove it from the list of foreign terrorist organizations."

....

It turns out that MEK is already receiving US funding, weapons, and other assistance to conduct a militant campaign against the government of Iran. This was revealed in Seymour Hersh's New Yorker article "Preparing the Battlefield," which stated:

"The M.E.K. has been on the State Department’s terrorist list for more than a decade, yet in recent years the group has received arms and intelligence, directly or indirectly, from the United States. Some of the newly authorized covert funds, the Pentagon consultant told me, may well end up in M.E.K. coffers. “The new task force will work with the M.E.K. The Administration is desperate for results.” He added, “The M.E.K. has no C.P.A. auditing the books, and its leaders are thought to have been lining their pockets for years. If people only knew what the M.E.K. is getting, and how much is going to its bank accounts—and yet it is almost useless for the purposes the Administration intends.”

Moves have also been made to get MEK de-listed as a terrorist organization by the US State Department so that even more aid can be rendered to this admitted terrorist organization. Seymore Hersh in an NPR interview, also claims that select MEK members have received training in the US.

Compared with the FBI's sting operations, where only the illusion of terror is conjured, the United States government is literally propping up entire, very real terror networks worldwide, and in Libya's case, handing confessed terrorists an entire nation to lord over.

FBI Has a Long History of Enabling Terrorist Plots

Also worth noting is that this latest PR stunt by the FBI represents a long string of similar operations where entrapped individuals are literally brought up to the moment of pulling the trigger before being "foiled." In 1993, such an operation "accidentally" went live, when FBI agents supplied would-be World Trade Center bombers with real explosives and a fully functioning bomb. The detonation resulted in 6 deaths and over 1,000 injured, and was only deemed an "accident" when FBI informant, former Egyptian army officer Emad Salem, revealed recordings he made of his conversations with the FBI agents. He became suspicious of their motives and feared for his own safety upon realizing real explosives were being used. The recordings were published by the New York Times.

A similar operation was covered in depth in November 2010, in Portland Oregon where the city refused to join the FBI's Joint Terrorist Task Force (JTTF). The FBI then went behind the city mayor's back to conduct a "sting operation" that resulted in their target-suspect delivering a van containing a device the FBI constructed for him to a crowded public square, after which he attempted to detonate the device remotely before being arrested. The news came as a shock, designed by the FBI to embarrass and extort the mayor to rectify his decision to remain out of the JTTF. Unfortunately, Portland caved in to the FBI's pressure and eventually joined the JTTF in April, 2011. In other words, the FBI literally terrorized the people of Portland to accept their federal program.

While some agents at the FBI may believe what they've done is for the greater good, the reality is that the entire "War on Terror" is nothing more than a magnified example the FBI's dubious operation in Portland, representing criminal extortion on a massive scale. The corporate-finanicer elite of Wall Street and London, in conjunction with the intelligence community has carried out both real, and "foiled-just-in-time" attacks to increase their power over Western populations while justifying military encroachment in foreign nations. It is essentially modern day "problem, reaction, solution" imperialism and it is time we recognize the United State government as the chief global sponsor of terrorism. From Libya, to Iran, from Portland to Boston, it is alarmingly clear that the "terror threat" we face would not exist without the constant shepherding of dubious, nefarious organizations with equally doubtful mission statements within our federal government.

At least two foreign terror organizations listed by the US State Department, LIFG in Libya, and Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) of Iraq/Iran, both have American blood on their hands, and are both verified to be currently receiving US military and financial aid to carry out, in Libya's case, full scale war, and in Iran's case, terrorism against the Iranian people. To learn more about US state sponsored terrorism, please see, "The War on Terror is a Fraud."

Al Qaeda LIFG leader Abdul Belhaj writes column for Guardian!

Global elite defile memories of "War on Terror" dead, humor terrorist Belhaj who fought and killed Western troops.
by Tony Cartalucci

One would think Abdul Belhaj, leader of Libya's NATO-backed seizure of Tripoli a month ago would be an overly busy man. After all, the city itself is still not secure enough to move the alleged "National Transitional Council" there to preside over the war torn nation, and rebel forces 85 miles southeast near Bani Walid have been soundly defeated and are now slinking away from the battlefield. Meanwhile, the "final, final" siege of Sirte looks to be once again stalled, and now civilians fleeing the brutalized city are claiming NATO and revolutionaries, not Qaddafi, are committing genocide against the civilians of Libya. [1]

Photo: The face of Libya's "revolution" is literally Al Qaeda. The Western world now enters surreal territory as men who have certifiably killed Americans are writing pro-NATO propaganda for British newspapers.
....

However, Mr. Belhaj has had time, apparently, allegedly, to draft a lengthy editorial titled, "The revolution belongs to all Libyans, secular or not," gladly published by the London Guardian, where he is allowed to go on at length, whitewashing what is essential a life-long career in terrorism and expound the merits of the wholesale mass murder he and his cohorts, under NATO cover, are committing against the Libyan people. Belhaj, for those that don't know, is a founding member of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), an official Al Qaeda affiliate, and listed by both the US State Department [2] and the United Kingdom Home Office [3] as a foreign terrorist organization and proscribed terrorist organization respectively. LIFG was the subject of a lengthy report issued by West Point's Combating Terrorism Center [4] regarding foreign fighters turning up in Iraq killing US and British soldiers, LIFG and more specifically, the Benghazi-Darnah region of Libya lending more fighters to Iraq per-capita than any other nation, including Saudi Arabia.

Image: Terrorist Op-Ed. The Guardian affords Belhaj, commander of LIFG, a US/UK listed terrorist organization ample room to praise NATO's efforts in Libya and give stern warnings to those that threaten to impede his "freedoms."
....

Belhaj's Gaurdian piece, worded suspiciously more like a US State Department PR release than an essay by an Al Qaeda terrorist, verbatim touches on each and every point made by the US, UK, NATO, and found within UNSC r.1973. Belhaj maintains that in 2010 he was released from Libyan prison after promising to abandon his campaign of terror in Libya, only to go on to lead armed insurrection against the Libyan government months later in February of 2011. Belhaj claims that the revolution turned violent only after Qaddafi used force against protesters - this is a verified lie, as Belhaj and his LIFG have been in continuous US/UK-backed armed conflict with Qaddafi's government for over 30 years.

Belhaj, after this intitial, seemingly scripted litany of lies goes on to make veiled threats against the new "transitional government" over the dangers of "excluding" members of the "revolution." He then thanks the "international community" presumibly NATO who literally handed the country to him - NATO whose soldiers he was literally killing in the mountains of Afghanistan, and whose soldiers his fellow LIFG fighters were killing in Iraq, and whose member states captured, imprisoned and tortured him. Belhaj looks forward to Libya becoming a "politically, economically and socially advanced civil state" and a "dynamic player among the family of nations." Compared to the secular leaders Belhaj claims to fear will undermine his and his followers' "freedom" one must wonder where exactly the divergence in ideology is, as both seem to relish the concepts of globalization [5].

One doesn't know whether to laugh, cry, or scream. Not just because of the obvious fraudulent propaganda the Gaurdian is trying to pass off as the words of a stone cold killer with the writing prowess of a statesman, or the fact that the Guardian, even as a hoax, is affording column space to the leader of a listed terrorist organization who we are told is part of a decade long war that has cost millions their lives, liberty, national stability, and economic prosperity. It is the fact that the Guardian, along with the rest of the corporate media is trying to literally rewrite reality and paradigms they have forced down our throats for decades with new narratives so ridiculous and contrived it is an assault against human dignity.

The Guardian itself is a corporate-owned propaganda machine, a member of the unelected policy think-tank Chatham House [6], along side a myriad of other media, corporate, and financier interests that in reality shape our national and global destiny rather than the politicians we think we elect to represent us and our interests. Think-tanks like the Chatham House represent the collective interests and agenda of the world's most powerful elite. They are the literal architects and helping hands that propel the global elite's agenda forward, as clearly the Guardian is now in trying to rewrite the narrative regarding the 1o year ongoing "War on Terror" by whitewashing and elevating one of the war's most notorious terrorists by either giving him column space, or ghost writing a column in his name.

Quite truly if Belhaj wrote this farcical, verbatim repeat of US State Department talking points regarding Libya and its future, one must wonder what prompted Belhaj to fight in the mountains of Afghanistan against US troops in the first place. Surely what is good for Libya is good for Afghanistan. We must also wonder why this terrorist and his organization, apparently enamored with the the idea of fitting into the "family of nations" were fighting in Iraq against nations he is now thankful toward. More than likely Belhaj has been turned into another fictional character upon the stage of globalist theater, confounding an ignorant public with well-written statements giving well-intentioned people exactly what they want to hear, however debased from logic or reality it may be.

And above all, let us remember this is not only "Obama's War" but a war of the global elite including big oil, big banks, the military defense industry, and many of the "Neo-Conservatives" that helped engineer the "War on Terror" during Bush's "administration." In fact, some of the most vehement supporters of Obama's war in Libya have included John McCain [7] who was literally praising the Benghazi terror brigades in person, and the remnants of the Bush era "Project for a New American Century." [8]

The "War on Terror" is a war on free humanity by the criminally insane. Civilians, police, and military alike, who adhere to any code of honor must face the reality that their leadership has lost all legitimacy and needs to be expediently removed from power. Hard decisions are coming as the insanity becomes ever more acute. A certified terrorist writing columns for a British newspaper regarding a war that is supported by both "left" and "right" political establishment should ring alarms and conjure horror in even the most skeptical of minds.

UN Sanctioning Sovereign Nations, We the People Sanctioning the Global Elite: Time to cut them off from humanity.
editorial by Tony Cartalucci

The first step in destroying an entrenched enemy is to cut them off from the rest of the world. The globalists of NATO, the US, UK, France, Qatar, and others, have illustrated this principle in Libya on several levels. First they cut off the nation of Libya from the outside world, putting arms and trade embargoes on the Libyan government, blockading their shores, and seizing control of their airspace. As Benghazi's Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) terror brigades swept across the country under NATO cover, raping, murdering, and brutalizing all in their path, the globalists began organizing the surrounding and cutting off of individual Libyan cities, allowing (and assisting) rebels in cutting off food, medical supplies, cooking gas, electricity, and unimaginably even water, literally to starve the populations into submission. While the people of Libya have shown immense resolve against this strategy, it is only because of the incompetence of NATO and the lack of fortitude, character, or any desirable human quality amongst the rebels that this process of isolating and besieging the Libyan people has failed.

The absolute mockery the UN sanctioned NATO military intervention in Libya is making out of the contrived notion of "Responsibility to Protect (R2P)" is evident as civilians escaping from the Libyan city of Sirte accuse NATO of genocide, of bombing schools, hospitals, and homes and mass murdering innocent people. Additionally, under the cover of NATO, entire Libyan cities have been exterminated, with the population being rounded up, murdered or exiled and their property stolen. One such example, Tawarga, reported on by the Telegraph in their article, "Gaddafi's ghost town after the loyalists retreat," involved a town of 10,000 people whom the rebels said would never be allowed to return to their homes.

Americans during World War II were asked to stand against fascism in Europe and imperialism in East Asia, to intervene in the transgressions of Germany and Japan against the sovereignty of neighboring nations. In hindsight, the British and Americans were just as guilty at the time of grooming their own empires, but hypocrisy aside, rising to the occasion to stop the building of empire over free humanity is indeed a noble cause. Who then will rise to the occasion today, against the US, UK, France, Qatar, NATO's members and those backing the illegitimate UN, contrived International Criminal Court and other self-serving "international institutions" that are having their way with this planet? Who? And how?

It isn't just Libya that is in the cross-hairs. Afghanistan has suffered a decade of occupation and war at the hands of a banking, corporate-financier cartel who call themselves "globalists." Iraq too is suffering a proxy government beholden to invading foreign powers. The people of Uganda are literally being massacred so Anglo-American bankers can scoop up vast tracts of land to fuel yet another Ponzi economic scam, one based not on fiat currency, but even further-fetched "carbon credits." When one looks at the vast amount of resources at the disposal of the "globalists" they feel overwhelmed and not unexpectedly ask what can anyone do against such brazen, reckless disregard for human life, human sovereignty, and human rights?

The answer is staring us in the face every time we pick up the corporate-newspapers or flip on the corporate-news channels and here the word "sanctions." We the people must slap sanctions on the globalists, and it doesn't even require a UN mandate to do it. It simply involves identifying the corporations and institutions that are enabling the globalist agenda, systematically boycotting them, and eventually replacing them entirely on a local or regional level. There is nothing a multinational corporation can do that the modern nation-state can't, and in many cases, nothing multinationals can do that people can't do even on a local level. And as technology advances in both terms of information and manufacturing, this equation will only tip further in "we the people's" favor.

The ghouls of globalism have demonstrated without doubt their insincerity over their proclaimed goals of establishing an "international order" based on the rule of law, where "the rule of law" is applied to everyone but themselves, who brazenly, and consistently violate even their own contrived mandates, edicts, and resolutions when it suits them. In Libya, the "Responsibility to Protect" turned into targeted assassinations, regime change, and nation building (read: neo-imperialism) before UNSC r.1973 came back from the printers - a foregone conclusion 30 years in the making, spun only as "humanitarian intervention" for public consumption. Thus the globalists have demonstrated that they are incapable of lording over humanity with their "international order," and without doubt demonstrated the necessity of excising them and their ill-conceived notion of "global governance" entirely from society at all costs.

The globalists have procured this vast amount of impressive power only through our own complicity. We daily, monthly, yearly, and from generation to generation pay into the vast, ever expanding corporations that make up the global elite. We elect to shop at their stores, buy their products, use their services, exchange their currency and keep that currency in their banks. We elect to divert our time, energy, and attention to their corporate sponsored spectacles, be it on the race track, the football field, the basketball court or the baseball diamond. We are told that our nation's destiny is determined at the polls, and that the only way to effect real change is to choose from amongst several, bought off, corrupt, self-serving politicians, who needless to say, already serve the globalists, not the people. In reality, we vote everyday, with a vote far more effective and far reaching than anything that happens at election time. We vote with our purchases, our choice of how we spend our free time, and the way we utilize the resources we have at our disposal.

It would then reason, that by not paying into the globalists' corporations, institutions, and diverting ourselves with their distractions, we could begin repealing much of this unwarranted power they have accumulated. Eventually, we can begin replacing their corrupt, self-serving institutions that span the globe and presume dominion over all humanity, with local institutions that serve the people. It is not something that will be done overnight, it will take time. Even the globalists, with their endless power, must incrementally tighten their grip on their enemies, even ones as small as Libya. Surely everyone could easily do away with Coca-Cola and Pepsi today, as well as turning off the corporate-sponsored diversions on TV and on the sports fields. If we can't perhaps we don't deserve freedom or prosperity, but the mere, fleeting illusion of it we are afforded by our globalist overlords when it suits them. America's Founding Fathers would most likely be appalled at how modern day Americans have pawned off self-reliance, freedom, and independence for the illusion of security, convenience, and even entertainment. We need to stop looking for heroes to save us, and simply find ourselves a mirror. We are the key to our own salvation, as no one cares about our best interests more than we the people, our families, and our immediate communities.

Let us commit to putting "sanctions" on the globalists. Cut these degenerate megalomaniacs off from the world they so desire to dominate. Leave their stadiums empty, their airlines destitute, their checkpoints desolate, their corporate troughs filled with Chinese made slave goods virtual ghost towns, their banks as trusted and relied upon for economic activity as that game of monopoly collecting dust in the closet. Put them out of business, put them out of business forever. They have demonstrated without a shadow of a doubt that they, not some cave dwelling fundamentalist or Libyan colonel, are the greatest threat we as humanity face.

For a partial list of corporations that absolutely must be put out of business please see: "Naming Names." To see why even seemingly benign corporations like Pepsi and Coca-Cola are accomplices in the most egregious crimes against humanity, see: "Destroy the Globalists." Libya's City of Bani Walid Crushes Rebel Advance

Bani Walid residents reject NATO-proxy rule, defeats rebels at their gates.
by Tony Cartalucci

The Associated Press reluctantly reported that Libya's rebels began withdrawing from their front at Bani Walid, approximately 85 miles southeast of Tripoli. After weeks of humiliating defeat at the hands of the city's residents and despite merciless terror bombing from NATO, the city's residents have prevailed in collapsing the offensive, after numerous, and verifiably ridiculous claims by the rebel forces that the town had "surrendered" to them already.

Image: Early September, the corporate media was still faithfully relaying Libyan rebels' constant litany of lies, this one involving the imminent "surrender" of Bani Walid, which would weeks later break the back of the rebel assault and send them slinking back home. By now, the media might afford readers with a cautionary preamble before repeating rebel claims, however, media coverage has only become more surreal.
....

The AP article titled, "Libyans with no leadership quit Bani Walid front," has been quietly buried in the news, along with all other reports regarding Bani Walid, with NATO and the rebels instead focusing unmitigated atrocities against the more accessible coastal city of Sirte. The Oman Tribune reported that Libyan rebel commanders conceded much of the resistance they have been meeting in Sirte and Bani Walid is coming not from the Libyan army, but from city residents themselves. This seriously undermines NATO, UN, US, UK, British, French and Qatari claims that the so-called "National Transitional Council (NTC)" actually represents the Libyan people or that their mission is aimed at protecting "civilians" who are quite clearly disinterested in joining the "revolution," and instead have found it necessary to protect themselves from both it, and NATO.

Verified cases of sweeping genocide at the hands of NATO-backed rebel forces, including the extermination and exiling of the entire city of Tawarga, reported by the London Telegraph, offer some insight into what is motivating Libyans to continue resisting what we were promised by NATO was a humanitarian intervention on behalf of Libya's "liberation." Despite a torrent of reports coming from Libya regarding NATO sanctioned atrocities, the corporate media seems intent on helping promote the intervention, where even the Telegraph's article regarding the extermination of Tawarga seems to suggest that residents were "pro-Qaddafi" therefore deserved what they got.

In spite of the immense amount of resources being thrown at Libya to crush its resistance to this brazen military campaign of corporate conquest-by-proxy, the Libyan people have thus far put up a robust defense. The people of both Bani Walid and Sirte have resisted for over a month after rebels, with NATO's assistance, purposefully cut the cities off from humanitarian aid, food, water, and electricity - and proceeded to bombard them indiscriminately with heavy artillery accompanied by NATO airstrikes. Now, as rebels slink off in defeat from Bani Walid, and struggle to take even Sirte, lying directly between their supposed "strongholds" of Benghazi and Misrata, their tactical strength to hold the large swaths NATO has cleared out for them is being called into question.

Quite clearly NATO's self-congratulatory "victory" declared over a month ago after their attack on Tripoli was premature, and the entire future of their operation is still hanging in uncertainty with the reality that nothing resembling the "protection of civilians" is taking place. NATO's complicity in massacring civilians and providing cover for rebel atrocities already seals their stated goals of "protecting civilians" and the premise of R2P as dismal and irrevocable failures. If by victory we mean NATO's success in conquering and despoiling the nation by proxy, even if starting today everything began coming together, it would still be a Pyrrhic victory.

Sirte Civilians: NATO Committing Genocide

Corporate media admits Libya operation is brutal genocide - keeps cheering for NATO & rebels.
by Tony Cartalucci

As reported earlier, weeks ago, rebel forces led by US State Department [1] and UK Home Office [2] listed terrorists from the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) [3], a subsidiary of Al Qaeda, announced plans to starve out cities resisting their unelected, foreign backed bid for power. The London Telegraph reported in an article titled, "Libya crisis: Rebel leaders hoping to starve Gaddafi stronghold of Sirte into submission," that under the cover of heavy NATO bombing rebel leaders hoped "to starve Col Gaddafi's home town of Sirte into submission, laying siege to his last remaining stronghold in an attempt to avoid mass bloodshed, according to the man spearheading efforts for a peaceful takeover."

Fox News would relay an AP report on September 2, 2011, that rebel commanders declared, "we want to save our fighters and not lose a single one in battles with Qaddafi's forces. In the end, we will get Sirte, even if we have to cut water and electricity and let NATO pound it with airstrikes." AP cited Mohammed al-Rajali, a spokesman for the rebel leadership in the eastern city of Benghazi.

After weeks of attempting to encircle and starve into submission the cities of Bani Walid and Sirte, the "National Transitional Council" had claimed the resulting humanitarian disaster was of Qaddafi's own creation. CNN, after admitting earlier that anti-Qadhafi forces on the outskirts of Sirte and Bani Walid had cut off supplies into the cities and amassed weaponry for heavy battle, has reported in another article titled, "NTC claims humanitarian disaster in Gadhafi stronghold," that "that Gadhafi forces are robbing food stores, leaving civilian residents to starve." This was an attempt to explain the predictable atrocities that were soon to follow and shift the blame away from NATO and its rebel proxies.

This week, NATO's proxy rebel forces made yet another "final assault" on the coastal city of Sirte, accompanied by days of intense NATO bombardment (34 strike sorties on September 24 alone [4]). With the densely populated city's defenses still keeping rebels and presumably their NATO special operations advisers on the city's outskirts, it is a mystery as to how they claim to be identifying only military targets, let alone accurately hitting them. Such intense bombing could only be indiscriminately killing civilians, contra to the entire narrative NATO used to initiate their intervention in the first place.

Indeed, the Australian has reported, in an article titled, "Sirte civilians accuse NATO of genocide," that civilians fleeing NATO's premeditated humanitarian disaster are describing wanton genocide at the hands of NATO bombing and rebel atrocities on the ground. Civilians claim their homes have been destroyed and that female family members are being kidnapped as they attempt to escape checkpoints controlled by rebel forces.

Not surprisingly, the myriad of George Soros and US State Department funded "human rights advocacy" groups, including Amnesty International (page 10) [5], Human Rights Watch [6], as well as National Endowment for Democracy-funded Freedom House [7], Reporters Without Borders [8], and International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) [9], are no where to be found to verify these claims, or so much as bring them to light, and the Australian itself attempts to cast doubts on the accusations by claiming they only observed rebel forces handing out food and water at checkpoints - as if the rebels would kidnap refugee women in front of the international press.

The Australian also reported a Sirte resident as saying, "NATO bombing is killing civilians. Where is the United Nations? Where is the Muslim world to stop this genocide of the people of Sirte?"After the Libyan rebels, under UN sanctioned NATO air cover, have verifiably exterminated or exiled entire cities, as was the case for Tawarga, reported on by the Telegraph in their article, "Gaddafi's ghost town after the loyalists retreat," this is a very important question.

The answer unfortunately is that the United Nations not only knows what is going on, but doesn't care and is doing everything in its power to ensure it continues on in earnest. The entire purpose of these "international institutions" is to lend legitimacy to what would otherwise be a unilateral military campaign of conquest. And despite dressing it up with UN resolutions and a torrent of disingenuous corporate media propaganda, it is still just that - a genocidal, brutal, campaign of military conquest, not to protect "civilians," quite obviously, but to extend Anglo-American hegemony across the planet in the form of their "international order." British Corporation Mass Murdering Ugandans in UN Sanctioned Land Grab

Beneath fraud, media spin, & UN stamps of approval, awaits an unfolding nightmare for the people of Africa and the world.
by Tony Cartalucci

The New York Times recently reported in an article titled, "In Scramble for Land, Group Says, Company Pushed Ugandans Out," that the British "New Forests Company" has evicted over 20,000 people from their land in Uganda to make way for tree plantations. Homes were burnt, people, including women and children, were brutalized and murdered during the long eviction process. However, the New York Times states that in this case "the government and the company said the settlers were illegal and evicted for a good cause: to protect the environment and help fight global warming."

The "group" the New York Times is referring to is Oxfam, which published a report titled, "The New Forests Company and its Uganda plantations," detailing the activities of New Forests in Uganda and the evictions the New York Times gingerly describes in its article.

Who is The New Forests Company?

Meet "New Forests," a UK-based firm that claims to be a "sustainable and socially responsible forestry company with established, rapidly growing plantations and the prospect of a diversified product base for local and regional export markets which will deliver both attractive returns to investors and significant social and environmental benefits." Their corporate website is not short of the color green, nor of African people smiling and prospering, so apparently, we are left to believe, New Forests has made good on their mission statement.

Image: Taken from New Forests' website, they proudly display the swath of destruction their company is responsible for, of course, instead of depicting the displacements, murders, and thuggery they are committing against the people of Africa, they place images of thriving trees.
....

Meet Robert Deveruex, chairman of New Forests, one of the founding shareholders of The Virgin Group and former chairman of Soho House Group. He has spent a great deal of time and energy making what his corporation is doing in Africa appear to have a philanthropic spin. In an August 2010 Guardian article titled, "Robert Devereux donates £4m of art collection to set up African charity," Devereux claims of his New Forests company that it "has a huge community development programme. It's not philanthropy. We go to the community and we say, 'We want to co-invest with you. If you provide what labour and materials you can, we'll provide money for things that you can't get.'" Devereux, however, never mentioned what happens if the community says, "no thanks."

Photo: Robert Devereux, a long time investor, a long time con-artist spinning his company's despoiling of Africa as some sort of cutting-edge investment strategy that makes money and "helps" people. Even as Devereux made his disingenuous statements in 2010 regarding New Forests, the villagers in Uganda he was "helping" had already filed a court case a year earlier protesting the British company's encroachment on their land.
...

Meet New Forests executive director and CEO Julian Ozanne, who previously worked for the Financial Times, advised US and European investment banks on business and political risk in Africa and worked for the global corporate-fascists nexus, the World Economic Forum. Also serving as a New Forest director is Jonathan Aisbitt, chairman of the investment firm, The Man Group, and previously a partner and managing director at the now notorious Goldman Sachs.

There is also Avril Stassen, who is not only a director at New Forests but is also currently a principal at Agri-Vie Investment Advisers, which claims to be "focused on food and agribusiness in Sub-Sahara Africa with a mission to generate an above average investment return, as well as demonstrable socio-economic development impacts through its equity investments in food and agribusinesses." In other words, buying up land in African nations people depend on to live, to instead broaden foreign investors' portfolios and profits, all under the cover of feel good rhetoric and pictures of smiling Africans pasted all over their website and annual reports. A good website that seems to be keeping watch on Agri-Vie is Farmlandgrab.org, which in one short URL explains exactly the game Agri-Vie is playing.

And finally, meet Sajjad Sabur, also a director at New Forests, as well as a managing director at HSBC, heading the mega-bank's "Principal Investments Africa" branch which targets African businesses with management buyouts, growth capital and recapitalization "opportunities." Sabur's HSBC invesment arm has actually invested in New Forests.

Quite clearly, this looks more like the profile of a Wall Street-London corporate-fascist hit team than anything at all involving humanitarian, environmental, or social concerns. And judging by Oxfam's report and the subsequent attempt by the New York Times to mitigate the gravity of what the largest banks in the world are doing to Africa, it seems like a corporate-fascist hit is just what is unfolding in Uganda at New Forests' hands.

Globalization is Modern Day Imperialism by Anglo-American Bankers

Backtracking to New Forests' mission statement, apparently "social responsibility" equates to murdering or displacing tens of thousands of Ugandans in their own nation, and "attractive returns" equates to the extraction and exportation of Ugandan resources for a corporation's shareholders 4,000 miles away. What we are told is of significant "benefit" to society and the environment looks more like a textbook case of imperialism, perpetrated by British, surely new to being socially and environmentally responsible, but certainly not to imperialism nor gimmicks used to mask it behind noble causes.

The New York Times reveals that the World Bank is also an investor in New Forests along with HSBC, and that the true nature of the scam goes beyond merely displacing tens of thousands to grow trees, but that the trees are being used for the purpose of selling contrived carbon credits, not even to provide tangible resources for economic activity. The New York Times also implicates the United Nations, which granted New Forests permission to "trade" with the Ugandan government regarding its 50-year lease to grow trees in the landlocked nation.

The government of Uganda, led by President-for-life Yoweri Museveni for the last 25 years, was the result of a protracted civil war led by Museveni himself. After seizing power, he was immediately lauded by the West, embraced the World Bank and International Monetary Fund's plans for restructuring his newly conquered nation, and has been running it as a dictator ever since. It is no surprise that Museveni is now selling his own people out, no doubt in exchange for his perpetual, unhindered rule, transiting a vast corporate media black hole enjoyed by regimes servile to Wall Street and London worldwide.

The globalist New York Times has a long tradition of apologizing not just for Anglo-American bankers as they defile the planet, but defending their accomplices, Museveni apparently one of them. In a 1997 New York Times article titled, "Uganda Leader Stands Tall in New African Order," Museveni is praised for his extraterritorial meddling throughout neighboring African states. The New York Times claims, "not only has Mr. Museveni resurrected his own impoverished nation from two decades of brutal dictatorship and near economic collapse, but he is also widely seen as the covert patron of rebel movements like the one that has just toppled Mobutu Sese Seko, the longtime dictator of Zaire." The article then brushes off accusations that Museveni is dictator of a single party system of governance by providing Museveni's own defense, that Uganda is pre-industrial and not ready for multiparty democracy.

How resurrected Uganda is from poverty is a matter of debate, and certainly, the concept of poverty has taken on all new dimensions for over 20,000 Ugandans forced from their land by Anglo-American bankers and their willing accomplices in the Ugandan government. How Museveni plans on bringing Uganda past its "pre-industrial" state by handing over land to foreigners to grow trees on for the next 50 years, leaving his own people homeless, jobless, and destitute for an entire generation is also a profound mystery.

What we are watching in Africa is the grotesque reality that is globalization peaking through the thick layer of lies, propaganda, spin, liberal ideologies, and imagery used to dupe the Western world, and increasingly many in the developing world. It is a reality that entails theft on a massive scale, human exploitation, mass-murder, collective punishment, and intimidation. For those that think Uganda is an isolated anomaly and are somehow able to dismiss the backgrounds of New Forests which represents an entire network designed specifically to exploit and strip mine all of Africa, one need look no further than Southeast Asia's Cambodia. There, half way around the world from Uganda, another Western backed dictator-for-life, Hun Sen, has literally sold half his country to foreign investors, displacing hundreds of thousands at gunpoint in a nearly identical Wall Street-London land-grab.

Globalization is a multi-billion dollar packaged update of the British Empire's "spreading of civilization." Designs of dominion and exploitation have historically always been accompanied by excuses seen as palatable for the masses who were expected to support and carry these designs to fruition for the ruling elite. While it is no longer fashionable to kill black and brown people while accusing them of being "savages," it is still quite fashionable to consider them "undemocratic," "backwards," "overpopulating," "terrorists," and above all, "detriments to our environment." At least, New Forests and New York Times seem to think so.

Once again, the choice we the people have, upon learning of this, is to either detach in cowardice and apathy, or identify the corporations, banks, and institutions leading this "globalization," expose them, boycott them, and ultimately replace them. Those of New Forests guilty of displacing, even murdering people simply for profit in a foreign nation, thousands of miles from their shores, don't belong in business anymore.

The darkest villains we face on earth today are not cave dwelling Islamic fundamentalists, Libyan colonels, or Americans selling sliver coins, instead, the most dangerous, degenerate, and detrimental members of the human race reside on Wall Street and in London's financial institutions.

Armed Troops Burn Down Homes, Kill Children To Evict Ugandans In Name Of Global Warming

Neo-colonial land grabs carried out on behalf of World Bank-backed British company

Armed troops acting on behalf of a British carbon trading company backed by the World Bank burned houses to the ground and killed children to evict Ugandans from their homes in the name of seizing land to protect against “global warming,” a shocking illustration of how the climate change con is a barbarian form of neo-colonialism.

Ron Paul

The evictions were ordered by New Forests Company, an outfit that seizes land in Africa to grow trees then sells the “carbon credits” on to transnational corporations. The company is backed by the World Bank and HSBC. Its Board of Directors includes HSBC Managing Director Sajjad Sabur, as well as other former Goldman Sachs investment bankers.

The company claims residents of Kicucula left in a “peaceful” and “voluntary” manner, and yet the people tell a story of terror and bloodshed.

Villagers told of how armed “security forces” stormed their village and torched houses, burning an eight-year-child to death as they threatened to murder anyone who resisted while beating others.

“We were in church,” recalled Jean-Marie Tushabe, 26, a father of two. “I heard bullets being shot into the air.”

“Cars were coming with police,” Mr. Tushabe said, sitting among the ruins of his old home. “They headed straight to the houses. They took our plates, cups, mattresses, bed, pillows. Then we saw them getting a matchbox out of their pockets.”

“But in this case, the government and the company said the settlers were illegal and evicted for a good cause: to protect the environment and help fight global warming,” reports the New York Times.

An Oxfam report documents how the British outfit has worked with the Ugandan government to forcibly expel over 20,000 people from their homes using terror and violence as part of a lucrative scramble for arable land that can be used to satisfy the multi-billion dollar carbon trading ponzi scheme, which is worth $1.8 million a year to the company.

“I no longer own any land. It’s impossible to feed my children – they have suffered so much. Some days all they eat is porridge from maize flour. When people can’t eat well their bodies become weak – there have been lots of cases of malaria and diarrhoea. Some days we don’t eat anything at all,” said former farmer Francis Longoli, whose land was stolen by New Forests.

As we have previously documented, the manufactured threat of man-made global warming is being used as a tool of neo-colonialism in the third world, not only through the seizure of land and infrastructure, thereby preventing poor nations from using their resources to develop, but by literally starving poverty-stricken people to death.

Climate change alarmism and implementation of global warming policies is a crime of the highest nature, because it is already having a genocidal impact in countries like Haiti, where the doubling of food prices is resulting in a substantial increase in starvation, poverty and death, with the population being forced to live on mud pies.

As a National Geographic Report confirmed, “With food prices rising, Haiti’s poorest can’t afford even a daily plate of rice, and some must take desperate measures to fill their bellies,” by “eating mud,” partly as a consequence of “increasing global demand for biofuels.”

In April 2008, World Bank President Robert Zoellick admitted that biofuels were a “significant contributor” to soaring food prices that have led to poor people dying from starvation as a result of biofuels dominating land that would normally be used to harvest food.

Even man-made global warming advocate George Monbiot admits that promotion of biofuels “is causing starvation in the poor world,” particularly in Swaziland, where the decision to allocate several thousand hectares of farmland to ethanol production despite the country being in the grip of a famine was labeled “a crime against humanity” by Jean Ziegler, the UN’s special rapporteur.

But it’s not just biofuels, a product of global warming alarmism, that are unleashing a genocide against black people in poorer countries, it’s the whole anti-development mantra embraced by climate change activists that is being enforced by supranational organizations like the World Bank and the IMF in the name of reducing carbon dioxide, the evil life-giving gas that plants breathe and humans exhale.

Indeed, poorer countries rejected the 2009 Copenhagen climate agreement precisely because it discriminated against third world nations.

In addition, the Obama administration, firmly supported by Al Gore, last year ordered the World Bank to keep “developing” countries underdeveloped by blocking them from building coal-fired power plants, ensuring that poorer countries remain in poverty as a result of energy demands not being met.

By preventing poor nations from becoming self-sufficient in blocking them from producing their own energy, the Obama administration is ensuring that millions more will die from starvation and lack of access to hospitals and medical treatment.

While ignorant environmentalist leftists preach all day about the effects of global warming having the most impact on poorer countries, it is in fact the poorer countries and their people who are suffering most from global warming alarmism, and predators like the banker-backed New Forests Company.

The seizure of arable land in the name of “global warming” is set to become big business, which is why the United Nations recently announced it is preparing to roll out an army of green helmeted “climate peacekeepers” to intervene in poorer countries to protect “shrinking resources”.

Transnational corporations, in league with western governments and offshore banks, have seized upon the climate change scam to carry out genocidal policies and land grabs in the pursuit of selling carbon credits to other transnational corporations who then merely pass on the cost to the consumer.

Turkey Lectures Syria on Killing Militants - Then Kills Militants

Globalist Hypocrisy Looms Over Middle East
by Tony Cartalucci

September 25, 2011 - Turkey brazenly claimed on Friday it had seized a Syrian ship allegedly carrying weapons, declaring that Turkey was merely enforcing an "arms embargo" on their neighbor for the "brutal crackdown on the country's uprising," reports TIME.

Turkey's prime minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has stated that Turkey was "coordinating its efforts" with Washington in its bid to have Syrian president Bashar Assad resign while enforcing contrived UN sanctions against the nation. Turkey's Erdogan also stated that, "I have cut all contacts with the Syrian administration. We never wanted things to arrive at this point, but unfortunately, the Syrian administration has forced us to take such a decision."

Photo: Turkish tanks entering Iraq to raid Kurdish towns and hunt suspected rebels in 2008. More recently, Turkey has been bombing "suspected" rebel bases in both Turkey and Iraq, as well as conducting mass nationwide arrests. Strangely, as Turkey verifiably does what Libya's Qaddafi and Syria's Assad have been accused of doing, the West's myriad of disingenuous rights advocacy groups are deathly quiet as is the Wall Street/London beholden UN Security Council and the West's corporate media editorials.
....

What TIME predictably omits is the fact that Turkey itself has been waging a decades-long bloody campaign against its own armed uprising in predominately Kurdish areas bordering Syria, Iraq, and Iran. In fact, at one point, the US allowed Turkish tanks to cross into American-occupied Iraq to attack villages suspected of harboring armed Kurdish separatists in 2008, mirroring the very tactics Erdogan is now condemning Syria for. The Guardian reported in their 2008 article, "Iraq demands Turkey withdraw from border conflict with Kurds," that the conflict had been raging since 1984 and had cost the lives of 40,000 people.

More recently, as Turkey's prime minister lectures neighboring Syria on its bid to crush foreign-funded, armed militants attempting to overthrow the Assad government, the Turkish government is preparing to augment its compliment of Israeli drones with a deployment of US Predator drones on its soil. The Associated Press reported in an article titled, "Turkey: US likely to deploy Predator drones," that Turkey has been "pressing for the drones in an escalating war against Kurdish rebels." Turkey, in addition to rolling tanks into towns suspected of harboring militants, and the deployment of drones, has also strafed suspected rebel stronghold with airstrikes and conducted sweeping nationwide mass arrests. In other words Turkey is doing everything Syria is doing, plus what Qaddafi in Libya was accused of doing, only fully sanctioned by the West, with arms supplied by the West, and under the muted coverage provided by the Western media.

George Soros' Amnesty International (page 10) and Human Rights Watch along with the myriad of disingenuous rights advocate groups propped up by the US State Department via the National Endowment of Democracy, including Freedom House, Reporters Without Borders and International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) are all hypocritically, though predictably quiet regarding Turkey's actions. Turkey is thus far an obedient client state of Wall Street and London, and therefore is protected, perhaps even being extorted regarding its current struggle with Kurdish separatists.

In reality, all nations have the right to protect themselves from armed militant groups that seek to carve up their nation with violent separatist ambitions. This includes Syria, Libya, and Turkey, though Turkey's penchant for unilaterally crossing borders in pursuit of militants is an egregious transgression against its neighbors' sovereignty. Erdogan, despite being perpetually bent in prostration before his Western backers, must realize that at any given time his nation's bloody and protracted campaign against the Kurds can (and will) be portrayed as a crime against humanity and the same pretenses used to invade Libya or levy sanctions against Syria can easily befall him. In many ways, this might explain why Erdogan has been so servile toward the West to begin with.

: Syrian security forces bury their dead. According to Al Jazeera, Syria's "unarmed peaceful protesters" have managed to kill over 700 members of Syria's security forces and are now openly admitting they are armed or attempting to source arms. The fact that Syria's opposition has been armed from the very beginning has been reported by the alternative media for months now.
....

Ironically, as Erdogan berates Syria for its "brutal crackdown," Al Jazeera has recently laid to rest the fable that Syria's protesters are "peaceful pro-democracy demonstrators" and has finally admitted they are indeed armed and have murdered over 700 members of Syria's security forces, in a feature titled, "Syria: The revolution will be weaponised." Despite admitting hundreds of Syria's security forces have died in the months of fighting, Qatari government propagandists at Al Jazeera claim that only now are protesters thinking about arming themselves and that the heavy losses were the result of isolated, armed opposition groups. In reality, this is a replay of the Libyan operation, where US-backed and armed militants took up weapons on day one against Qaddafi's government and were only admitted to be armed and lent additional weapons and protected by a no-fly zone when it became clear they could not take the country by themselves.

Likewise in Syria, the "revolution" is coming to an end as Syrian security forces appear to have broken the back of the armed uprising. The US, EU, and client states like Turkey are now attempting to increase pressure, and perhaps even initiate a "no-fly zone" under which NATO can mercilessly bomb Syria's infrastructure and provide air support for a very much armed opposition.

That Syria's Kurds have been participating in the uprising against Syria's government further expands the irony regarding Turkey's meddling. Reuters, earlier this month, reported that indeed the Kurds had given their full support to the Syrian uprising in an article titled, "Syria's Kurds see better lot if Assad goes: activists." The Jerusalem Post also reported that Kurdish "activists" living abroad convened in Europe to call on Syria's Kurdish minority to join the uprising. The Kurds have been the historical proxy of choice for Western powers and their client states to destabilize and harass target nations throughout the Middle East with a certain degree of "plausible deniability."

The Brookings Institution, a Fortune 500 Wall Street/London-funded think tank that produces the vast majority of America's foreign policy, in a report titled, "Which Path to Persia?" clearly spells out the use of US-backed Kurdish rebels to harass the Iranians.

On page 113 (126 of the .pdf) the report explicitly lists the Kurds as one of many opposition groups under consideration by the US for covert support in rising up against Iran:

"Consequently, some who favor fomenting regime change in Iran argue that it is utopian to hold out hope for a velvet revolution; instead, they contend that the United States should turn to Iranian opposition groups that already exist, that already have demonstrated a desire to fight the regime, and who appear willing to accept U.S. assistance. The hope behind this course of action is that these various opposition groups could transform themselves into more potent movements that might be able to overturn the regime. For instance, the United states could opt to work primarily with various unhappy Iranian ethnic groups (Kurds, Baluch, Arabs, and so on) who have fought the regime at various periods since the revolution." [emphasis added]

The report also nostalgically reflects on the US' use of Kurds to harass neighboring Iraq. It is safe to conclude that these same Kurds who straddle the borders of Syria and Turkey are also being backed by covert networks of Western intelligence agencies applying pressure to both Assad and Erdogan. Surely, even if Syria and Turkey were not primary targets of the West's agenda, though clearly Syria at the very least is, resources pumped into armed Kurdish groups by the CIA to harass the Iranian government can and do make their way toward Turkish and Syrian targets.

Erdogan's interest in self-preservation and his inability to understand why his nation is temporarily permitted to butcher Kurdish separatists and Turkey's neighbors are not, will eventually cost Turkey its southeastern provinces. Should Syria or Iran, or both fall, the Kurds will be given even more breathing space and peace of mind to concentrate on Turkey. When the time comes, Turkey, just as Iraq and Libya, will be betrayed by the West, destabilized, carved up, and handed over to ineffectual infighting local regents whom the West will lord over perpetually - as per the classic imperial stratagem of divide and conquer. That is unless Turkey believes it will eventually be welcomed into the bankrupt, collapsing, mismanaged, disgracefully interdependent European Union and graciously allowed to share in their collective misery and misfortune at the hands of the West's parasitic banking houses.
